    For sale is a non-working Panasonic Toughbook CF-37 laptop.  This laptop is great for parts or for someone that can repair it.  The laptop is missing the memory, hard drive and caddy, and battery.  The LCD display is cracked.  The laptop is being sold AS-IS.

Payments on Purchases

Payment should be made within 48 hours after winning the auction via PayPal, unless the Buy It Now option is chosen, and then payment must be made immediately.  If there are any deviations to this policy they must be agreed upon by both buyer and the seller prior to bidding or purchase. 

Shipping and Handling

We offer shipping to all states within the U.S. as well as several countries all over the world!  For any given item the locations available to ship to will be in the listing itself.  We will ship items to winning bidders within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment, so in most cases it is shipped out the same day you pay or the very next day.  We guarantee quick and professional packing and shipping! Every package is securely wrapped with bubbles/peanuts/foams/paper/cardboard to ensure the safe arrival of your new product.  We understand the certainty of receiving a product the way you purchased it, which is why we have an experienced packaging team to work with your every need.  With that being said, we would still highly recommend purchasing insurance as we unfortunately cannot control what happens to a package once it is shipped.  We also offer combined shipping so feel free to check out multiple items!  We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding any item or auction.

Return Policy

The overwhelming majority of what we sell is surplus from large companies or governments, or pre-owned merchandise.  Please understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, or time to fully test every item.  We describe each item as best we can.  Each auction or item listed will make a reference to the return policy.  Some items are eligible for a refund, some are for merchandise credit only, but either way all items are guaranteed against DOA and can be returned if they did not meet your expectations!

If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability. All items and contents are described to the best of our ability. We examine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do not have time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing but will try to answer questions in a timely manner.

If you feel we have significantly mis-described an item, an RMA can be requested.  If issued, we will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 5 business days of the RMA being issued OR we can issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale price including original shipping and handling, good for 30 days, whichever you choose! In all cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.  If you choose to have a refund instead of store credit you must meet the requirements:  1) replacement or repair is not possible, or not feasible (as determined by the seller) AND  2) insurance was purchased on the item and a claim filed on the item was denied and you have proof of damage and insurance claim filing. If you don't meet the 2 requirements for a refund then store credit can still be issued. Any return that does not have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
