Shipping
It is not our intention to profit from shipping, and since it's difficult to estimate shipping charges with any degree of certainty, we offer eBay's "calculated shipping" on most items, which charges the buyer only what the shipping company charges us to ship your package to you.  We ship most items via UPS, therefore we cannot ship to post office boxes. We need your street address. If you have a post office box listed as your address with PayPal please email us with your street address.
We ship only to the lower 48 United States.
In most cases we ship within one business day!

Terms
When we list our auctions, we try to be as descriptive as possible. We list and provide actual photos showing everything that is included. It is not our intent to mislead or misrepresent any of the items we sell, however we are not responsible for any assumption that you (the bidder) might have on the item or items listed. If any parts or accessories are NOT listed in the description, or are NOT shown in the pictures, then they are NOT included in this auction. If you have any questions about an item that we are selling, please don't assume, email us
Please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will make it right!
Returns
We will accept for return any item that is determined to be defective upon arrival, or not as described by us, provided it is in the same condition it was when it left our warehouse, and all parts, accessories, and packaging are returned along with the product. Buyer must return package within three days of receipt, and incur any charges related in returning the item to us.
Batteries, if included with product, are considered consumables, and as such, are not covered by warranty or return policy.
Warranty
Most products sold on eBay are considered "grey market" and as such the manufacturer will not normally honor their product's warranty. BlueBuyYou is proud to offer very affordable "SquareTrade" warranty protection for our customers.
