They have 20 top loading pages, 10 lignin free paper inserts, 10 top loading clear protectors, extended posts for unlimited refills that you can get at any craft store. Paper and plastic are archival, acid and lignin free. Screw posts allow pages to lie flat. The second picture shows a flaw in the book, but rest assured that's the picture not the memory book. They will come ups ground to your door.
