11 Idaho Star Garnets, 230g or 1150 carats

Eleven dark purple natural Idaho Star Garnet crystals. One is exceptionally large. I've cleaned them in acid to find very nice specimens. If you have the knowledge and equipment (I have neither) you could cab them for the star which would substantially increase the value. I've tumbled some and found around 60% have stars. The last photo is of many star garnets that I got out of my rock tumbler two days ago and it's NOT included in this purchase. The star in the photo is much brighter in person but my camera can't capture it. Only Emerald Creek in North Idaho and a place in India produce NATURAL UNTREATED star garnets. There is no way to know what's inside the crystal until it's cut or polished. Most have 4 stars, some have none, and a very small percent have 6 stars. I've found 2 six stars from this material which I just sent in for professional cutting.
