BATTERY RUN TOYS WILL COME WITH BATTERIES BUT I DO NOT GUARANTEE HOW LONG THE BATTERIES ARE GOOD FOR AND MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED (THIS INCLUDES NEW IN BAG TOYS AS THEY ARE OLD). SOME MAY HAVE REPAIRS WHERE NECESSARY AND TESTED TO BE SURE THEY WORK. IF I HAVE MENDED THEM I WILL DISCRIBE THE REPAIR. MOST TOYS ARE COMPLETE BUT NOT ALL. IF NOT COMPLETE BE ASSURED THAT THERE WILL STILL BE ENOUGH THERE FOR FUN PLAY. AS THEY HAVE BEEN IN STORAGE PACKAGING MAY HAVE A LIGHT COATING OF MISSOURI DUST BUT THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANED AND SANITIZED WITH BLEACH BEFORE STORAGE. I AM NOT PERFECT AND MAY MAKE ERRORS IN DISCRIBING A TOY BUT IT IS NOT INTENTIONAL AND I DO THE BEST I CAN WITH THE INFORMATION I HAVE AVAILABLE. I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING WHERE I CAN BUT IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON SOME OF THE LARGER TOYS. I AM NOT TRYING TO GET RICH HERE I JUST WANT TO RE-COOP SOME OF THE MONEY I HAVE INVESTED IN THEM TO HELP ME PAY MY MEDICAL BILLS AND THE VET BILLS ON MY RESCUED ANIMALS SO THANKS FOR COMING AND I HOPE YOU FIND WHAT YOU NEED TO FINISH YOUR SETS AT THESE BARGIN PRICES. THIS WEEK I AM LISTING DISNEY AND OTHER CHILDREN'S MOVIE RELATED TOYS. THESE WOULD MAKE A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR THE COLLECTOR OR STOCKING STUFFERS FOR CHILDREN. WARNING : Remember that I do not recommend most of these types of toys for kids under 5 and I sell mostly this kind of toy for collectors, so if purchasing for a child be sure to supervise play at all times with young children.

ALL ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. The loose figures are all in Good, Clean Condition. If the toys have batteries I can not guarantee that they are still charged. These batteries do last a very long time if not used as I have had toys several years old that still work fine. But I cannot make any promises. GENERAL TOY DISCRIPTION : Almost all my toys are USED (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ABOVE) but in Good to Very Good Condition. Some may have missing pieces or minor flaws but it will be discribed behind each toy. All are clean, working and playable or I would not sell them. These have been in storage for some time now. I do not know where many of them came from as most are bought from other stores, flea markets and rummage sales. This is a non-smoking home. Some may have a light coating of good old Missouri dust but they have been cleaned and sanitized by me when I purchased them and most are wrapped or bagged for protection.

NEW ADDITION ABOUT MAILING : If for any reason, any label that Pay Pal labeling refuses to print will result in that book not having mailing conformation. If there is any error in the information Pay Pal will not let me print out a label and therefore I have to pay a higher price for confirmation. As my handling fees do not cover this (and it would cost more money to have you send the additional amount requiredI) it will be mailed WITHOUT confirmation. I will not be responsible if your information is incorrect or not updated with pay pal as that is what I use to address your package and the error is yours if it is wrong, Sorry. So please check your info and make sure it is updated and correct and be aware of this contingency as I do not refund packages lost by post office and they can not track without a tracking number so purchase is AT YOUR OWN RISK. I mail Media Mail for Books (this ordinarily takes 10 - 14 days but can be as long as 3 weeks) but it is Priority Mail for Toys (no exceptions). If you buy both books AND toys I will combine but it will have to go by Priority Mail. All packages will have mailing confirmation for tracking and that number is sent to you when I make out the label so please save it for your future reference to track the process of your books ( The only exception to this is if the address you send is not accepted and I have to hand label---this is not my fault and if you get one that way than you need to check and update your shipping information---see above addition). 3. I accept Pay Pal ONLY and it is all ebay will allow now. 4. I Will Not be Responsible for DAMAGED or LOST books or toys that are not insured. IN AUGUST Ebay is discontinuing the Insurance Option on their invoicing so if you want insurance on large purchases please notify me before paying and add $1.80 (covers purchase price only / not shipping and handling) for the first $50.00 (higher for more) to your payment. If it is not used I Can Not be held responsible after I Leave article at the Post Office or expected to refund or replace items damaged or lost by the Post Office. Also remember that insurance only covers the cost of books or toys and not the shipping amount. 5. Pictures are of actual books and toys, not stock photos so that you can see what you are actually bidding on. They are mostly USED and are sold as such. Even if new I sell as used (unless still in their packages) and any major damage will be listed behind each item. Otherwise the books may have all the defects most used books come with but nothing serious. (store stamps, marked out pricing inside, page ageing or yellow spotting, dog eared pages, spine creasing or minor cover wear, blemishes, writing or creases, etc. ) You have my promise that all pages are there and covers are intact as I would not sell anything I would not buy myself. I will try to give accurate discriptions but I am not perfect and do make mistakes.
