3 days after the buyer receives it | NO "CHANGED MY MIND" RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS WILL BE AT THE DESCRETION OF THE SELLER. DAMAGED ITEM REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PAID IF THE BUYER PURCHASES INSURANCE AND REIMBURSEMENT IS MADE BY THE POST OFFICE.
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds. Remember, although we try to describe items to the best of our ability, WE ARE NOT EXPERTS! So, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to be educated and/or informed about any item we offer. Please ask all questions and examine any photos, (you may even request better photos), before bidding. We will not be held responsible for any uninsured items, which are damaged, delayed or not received, due to UPS, FedEx or Postal Service delivery. However we do understand that occasionally there are instances when a refund is in order, and we will be happy to oblige. Any refund issued will be minus any shipping and/or fees, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any refunds issued will be in the form of Merchandise Credit on any of our other items, unless there has been an insured reimbursement by the post office. |
