All pictures are taken under 400 watt Ushio 20K metal halides. We use a Canon PowerShot G10 in an underwater housing.
No actinic lighting. No reserve prices.
Use the eggcrate for scale, it is 5/8” sq. inner diameter.

If there is any type of problem, the buyer MUST contact Reef Empire and provide clear, focused photos of the product as well as the packaging within 2 hours of delivery. In the rare case that a package has a problem, Reef Empire will review your situation and return contact within 12 hours. Reef Empire handles a large volume of corals, clams, fish and other various livestock for the reef keeping community, so an exact replacement may not be available. The most similar item will be chosen by Reef Empire from the existing stock on hand. If a similar product is not available, products of equal value will be substituted.
Reef Empire does NOT offer refunds of any type, under any circumstance.

In order to get your items to you as safely and quickly as possible, (usually by 10:30am) we ship all products UPS Next Day Air ONLY (Not Saver). All of these items are perishable, and UPS has proven to be the most reliable carrier available in our years of shipping live coral.

We use the BEST bags, staples, and packaging supplies available, and only the best service to deliver it. We will not ship with any other carriers or use any other accounts. No FedEx. No USPS.
