Returns Policy

Carefully inspect the items upon receipt.  Claims for refunds or exchanges must be documented and communicated to us prior to the final approval process taking place. New, unused, sealed items purchased within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. This policy begins on the day of receipt of the product, and must be in WirelessSavings possession within the 7 days allotted.  Any item received over the 7 day return/exchange period will be returned to the customer by WirelessSavings. All our Bluetooth wireless headsets are covered under the manufacturers' limited warranty which is included in your purchase.

Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.

Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.  A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package. There are no exceptions. Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
