Mine Eyes Have Seen by Daniel A. Poling.  1959, McGraw-Hill Book Company, Inc.  First Edition.  The inside cover has the handwritten name of the author - as if perhaps it could be his signature -- but that is just guessing.  Eight pages of photos.  The inside back cover has a stamped label from a previous owner.  Book is nudged and worn, with good spine and nicely intact, clean (297) pages.  Born in Portland, Oregon, in 1884, Daniel A. Poling represents the fifth generation in an unbroken line of preachers in the Evangelical Church.  For more than thirty years, he was editor of the Christian Herald magazine.  Poling writes of his life from childhood through his career, which included meeting several Presidents and foreign dignitaries.
