Please make sure you provide us with a residential address (not a PO Box) and a telephone number, otherwise the courier won't be able to deliver your tent. Inspection and any questions welcome. Gold Coast pick up available for free. Just contact us.

The tent is shipped within 7 days following receipt of payment.

All our shipments are transit insured. Should your delivery arrive in a damaged condition, please do not accept the shipment, advise the courier thereof and get in contact with us immediatelly. Transit insurance cannot be claimed on accepted deliveries.

Warranty:

This product comes with a 12 months warranty, which covers all parts and labour. If your product develops a fault due to normal use we will repair the item with replacement parts as required. This warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. We will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid. Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent. Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product.
