 You are bidding on an electric PTO clutch removed from a Simplicity tractor (Regent Hydro 17hp with Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine).  The item was working when removed.  It was made by Ogura Clutch Company in Tokyo Japan and has part number MA-GT JD11 or MAGT JD11.  It fits on many other models of tractors and mowers (John Deere Toro MTD). The inside diameter is 1".
