This album looks like it was just printed.  The original lyrics sleeve is included. It does have one of the sides split, so I have placed it in a new sleeve to prevent further spliting. The cover is in very good condition, as you can see. No major creases or splits. The spine is Excellent condition. All together, this one is so nice, it is hard to part with, but it is time for a new home.
