I decided to not include the house or school in lot due to shipping costs.

These items will be cleaned to the best ability before shipping, pictures do show them dirty.  They've been in a closet for many years.

Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket The two beds have an adhesive film that is holding the dust/dirt to them. Some goo-gone (from wal-mart) would probably remove this. I only hand wash in warm water with no chemicals.
