Feedback (MUST READ & UNDERSTAND BEFORE PURCHASE FROM US)
eBay now considers anything under 5 STAR is negative.
We strive to provide my buyers with 5 STAR service in all categories. We try to provide a complete and accurate description of the product; offer very competetive shipping rates; ship within 24 business hours if tickets are in hand; and work with the buyer to solve any problem during the transaction.
We leave feedback when the transaction is complete. By complete, we mean that the buyer has received the item and is satisfied with the transaction, or in the event of a problem, the buyer has worked with us for a satisfactory resolution. For a smooth transaction, the easiest way for a buyer to let us know that they have received and item and they are satisfied is to leave feedback. A buyer can also let us know through the eBay message system. We will leave feedback after that. Please DO NOT leave us negative or neutral feedback without first contacting us.
There has been a lot of miscommunication from eBay to buyers and sellers regarding the DSR or STAR ratings. Whether you buy from us or not, please take the time to review the following guides for buyers and sellers to meet on common ground with the stars and what their ratings mean.

Buyers: How to leave detailed seller ratings (This message is eBay's Leaving Feedback Guideline)
You can leave detailed seller ratings on the Leave Feedback page after you leave your overall rating (positive, neutral or negative).
If you choose to leave detailed seller ratings, you must leave them at the same time you leave your overall Feedback rating and comment. When you’re rating the seller, please keep the following in mind:
· Item as described
Review the item title and description before rating the seller on the item as described.
· Communication
Consider only business days when evaluating communication. Sellers don’t always check email on weekends and holidays.
· Shipping Time (We will ship your item within 24 hours during business days, so we expect 5 STAR positive feedback on this category)
When rating sellers on shipping time, (Most Important) rate the seller on the time it took them to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. You shouldn’t hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear.
· Shipping and Handling Chargers
When rating the seller on shipping and handling charges, remember that sellers may charge actual packaging materials costs and a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller’s time and direct costs associated with shipping. For international transactions, you may also be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as requested by country laws.
