Note:  Balloons are shipped uninflated.  They can be filled with Air or Helium.  Float time for latex varies (12-16 hours).  Extend latex float times 10-20 times using Hi-Float or Ultra Hi-Float.  Float times for mylar balloons generally is 7-10 days; they DO NOT use hi-float.  Do not use a rubber latex regulator to helium fill mylar balloons, this can case damage to the self-sealing valve and the balloon will lose helium quickly.  Using the rubber tipped valve to blow up mylar balloons can also lead to other problems such as seam tears, etc.  Only the thin brass nozzle should be used to blow up mylar balloons.
