The Maritime SWS SG, as with all SWS models, features all solid wood construction with a Select Pressure Tested solid spruce top and solid mahogany back & sides. The Maritime SWS SG also features a semi-gloss Custom Polished Finish with a beautiful satin sheen. This finish provides excellent protection but at the same time is extremely light and elastic. This is a crucial point in both the sound of the guitar and its ability to age - a thick finish muffles a guitar's vibration and blocks aging. Includes: Hardshell Case

Payment and Shipping within the United States

We accept PayPal from all US Bidders with verified accounts as well as credit card.  Freight varies by item, so please review the "Shipping and Payments" section provided in this listing.  All items ship fully insured within the US, and all items include a tracking number except for USPS First Class Mail shipments.  Local pickup is available on all items.  Shipments within New York State are subject to sales tax.

Payment and Shipping outside the United States / International

We accept PayPal from all international bidders with verified accounts, and we will only ship to the verified address on the account.  We do not lower the delcared value of items on customs forms.  Customs fees and taxes are not included in the final purchase price and are the responsibilty of the buyer. Please be aware of what customs (VAT) charges may apply for your country before you bid.  Freight varies by item, so please review the "Shipping and Payments" section provided in this listing.  Most of our items ship USPS Priority Mail International or UPS with full insurance and tracking information.  We do not offer tracking or insurance on USPS First Class International Mail shipments however.  Please contact us about upgrading shipping if you require either option.

Returns

We offer 72 hours approval on all items. If you are not satisfied, simply return the item for a full refund of the final bid amount. Shipping charges to the buyer and return shipping to The Music Zoo are non-refundable unless the item is misrepresented in the auction.  If your item includes free shipping when purchased and you elect to return your item under our 72 hour approval, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.  If your item arrives damaged from shipping, keep the item and all original packaging and contact us immediately.  We take great care in conveying the condition of each item we sell, and every item is inspected thoroughly prior to sale.  If you receive this item and there is any discrepancy with any aspect of it that is not previously outlined in the above Item Description, you may return the item directly to us.  We will not however renegotiate the final bid amount, nor can we reimburse any third party if the item has been worked on or altered in any way from the condition in which it was shipped by The Music Zoo, at our own discretion.  We also reserve the right to refuse the return of the item if it has been altered in any way.  We strive for excellence with every product we sell, and promise the utmost professionalism in dealing with your questions and issues.
