The front nine of this Gene Bates designed, par 72 championship course flows through heavily wooded terrain, rich in stands of natural pine. The back nine meanders amid salt marsh and wetlands. Surrounded by lush landscaping and native vegetation, each hole is a challenge, taking advantage of its natural setting.
Riverwood also offers a Beach Club on a membership basis. Exclusive private Beach Club membership will transfer with sale. Private parking for 28 vehicles is available. The Beach Club is a 5,500-sq.-ft., cabana-style, wooden structure housing showers, restrooms, commercial ice machine, chilled drinking water fountain, baby-changing facility, office area and storage.
The huge covered deck, complete with towering palm tree feature, has built-in seating, ceiling fans and plenty of space for dancing and entertaining. Charcoal grills are also provided, along with picnic tables.
An elevated wooden walkway leads directly to the beach, with sand chairs and loungers being provided by the attendant. Access is controlled through membership card operated gates, with coded entry systems protecting the internal facilities. Another option is Englewood Beach; located just next door to the Riverwood Beach Club.

RESPONSIBILITY: Unless stated otherwise, full payment, including all shipping and insurance charges, is due via a payment method disclosed in this auction within 10 days of auction close. If not received, payment is considered delinquent 10 days after auction close.
COMMITMENT: I am committed to completing the transaction. I hold the winning bidder accountable for his/her winning bid. Placing a bid on this auction is a legally binding obligation.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Should the winning bidder become delinquent in settling the transaction, I reserve the right to pursue payment through the use of collection services.
