It is in Excellent condition, it has very minor shelf wear on the edges, spine and cover. The insides are clean and unmarked.

Shipping in the USA is: First Class $2.50.

Shipping to Canada is: First Class International $3.00.

Shipping to Australia, France, Italy, Japan & the UK is: First Class International $6.75.
