The heater operates at a temperature below the propane fuel ignition point to provide a more fuel-efficient, radiant heat. The built-in pressure regulator provides consistent heat regardless of fuel level, outdoor temperature or altitude. The high setting provides maximum heat, while the low setting conserves fuel and increases run time to maintain a comfortable temperature.
