This Vizio TV is brand new. It has never been plugged in or turned on. However when I purchased it the outer box was a little scratched up. So I took the top shell of the outer box off and replaced it with a different box top from another TV. But like I mentioned the first time it has in no way been used plugged in or turned on. Other than removing the outer shell box top you will be receiving a 100% Brand New Vizio VF552XVT 55" LED HDTV!!! There is NO RESERVE so this item will go to the highest bidder.
