II. Unclaimed or Refused Shipment, Purchase Cancellation



Unclaimed or refused shipments may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%, in addition to freight charges.

Cancellations of orders already pulled may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.



III. Loss in Transit

Because we cannot assume responsibility for package once it is out of our warehouse.
