The Cisco Catalyst 3550 24 SMI is a member of the Catalyst 3550 Series Intelligent Ethernet Switches, a line of enterprise-class, stackable, multilayer switches that provide high availability, security and quality of service (QoS) to enhance the operation of the network. With a range of Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet configurations, the Catalyst 3550 Series can serve as both a powerful access layer switch for medium enterprise wiring closets, as a backbone switch for mid-sized networks, and also for the edge of metro access networks.

• We usually ship via FedEx Ground or USPS.

• Sales tax is required on all items shipped to GA addresses.  
• We can ship smaller items to a PO Box. Larger or heavier items must ship to a physical address.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Merchandise will ship 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time for larger items.

International Shipping:
We currently ship internationally. The winning bidder is responsible for all customs fees and tarriffs - these fees are not reflected in the quoted shipping price and will be collected by the carrier.

Combined Shipping:
We can combine shipping on multiple purchases. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. oZmoso strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process, regardless of pick-up or delivery specification. The winning bidder can pay via the link in the automated email sent after the auction ends. Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
