  • The balls were air filled & manufactured under normal atmospheric pressure during the hot summer season, and therefore, the balls may be "dented" because the balls were tightly packed in the package, or due to the denser air inside the sealed balls when they were exposed to the cold / freezing winter temperature. These Balls are not defective.
  • The softer nature of the balls was designed for younger players, and therefore, the balls were designed to give way to weight and compression, however, these balls will also provide a safer, softer & cushiony playing environment.
  • Seamless PVC / Vinyl construction, will not scratch the delicate skin of younger players.
  • The balls should returned to normal fully inflated shape during warmer and/or normal summer temperature.
