Art & Frame Direct takes pride in its products. All products are inspected before packing and are packed with the utmost care using specially engineered packing materials and extra strength boxes to protect them during normal shipping. Our packing crews personally sign each shipment; look for this notice on the outside of the box.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS: We regret that this item can not be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or outside of the Continental US.

DELIVERY INFORMATION: AFD ships directly from the manufacturer. Most pieces are too large to ship by UPS or FedEx. Instead, these items are generally shipped via motor freight. Please note that, for all Motor Freight Deliveries, you must be present to sign for and inspect your order. A driver will call ahead to schedule a delivery time window. For this reason you MUST provide a delivery phone number with your order.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY: Items shipped by this method will be delivered to your curbside or driveway. Standard motor freight delivery service does NOT include bringing the item into your home, removal of packaging material or assembly. In many cases, a freight company will offer these services for an additional charge. You may inquire with the freight company available options when they call you to schedule the delivery of your item(s). If such an arrangement is made, you will pay the freight company directly for any additional services. If you are ordering a very large item and you do not wish to hire the freight company to bring your item(s) inside, be sure to enlist the help of a friend or two to help you unload and carry the piece(s) indoors.

Please inspect all cartons at the time of delivery for any visible signs of damage and/or negligence on the part of the carrier. Any damage found should be noted on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the shipment. Other damage not identified at the time of receipt must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible. Please save all packing materials as this will assist in the successful conclusion of the claims process. Please contact the carrier directly to request an inspection and to file a damage claim. Design Style Home in conjunction with Art & Frame Direct, will assist our customers with filing these claims when possible.

REPLACEMENT SERVICE FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We are unable to process refunds or otherwise reimburse customers for merchandise damaged in transit. However, we have established a replacement service to assist customers in securing a replacement for merchandise damaged in transit. Our goal is to minimize any inconvenience to our customers that a delay in receiving sellable merchandise causes. Please contact us to place a priority order for any items that were damaged. Replacement orders are shipped as soon as the item becomes available.

RETURN POLICY AND INFORMATION

All Returns Must Be Packed & include a RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number) issued by Design Style Home.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

INSPECT PACKAGE(S) BEFORE SIGNING BILL OF LADING: The most important thing to remember about motor freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box is at all damaged or if for any reason, you are concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that the driver asks you to sign. This will ease the claim process with the freight company in regards to the damaged shipment. We ask that you inspect your merchandise promptly upon receipt of goods and report any damages or discrepancies within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Any damages reported after 72 hours will not be processed.

DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE REPLACED UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS: Damaged items noted at the time of delivery and marked on the bill of lading will be replaced free of charge along with the freight costs associated with sending the replacement. Concealed damage noted after delivery (not marked on the bill of lading) will be replaced free of charge, but the freight costs associated with sending the replacement item will be charged. Design Style Home usually absorbs this cost for our customers

Design Style Home will issue an RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number) from AFD and their damages/claims department will arrange for the damaged merchandise to be picked up and returned to the warehouse. It is important for you to keep the original packaging that the item was shipped in and whenever possible use the original packaging to re-pack the damaged item for pick-up. Art Frame Direct will ship out a replacement for the damaged item as soon as it becomes available. If the item is a phase out that will no longer be carried by Art Frame Direct a credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.

ITEMS RETURNED NO DAMAGE - BUYER'S REMORSE

Standard items are returnable for credit towards future orders within 5 days of the shipping date. All merchandise returned must have a RMA# that Design Style Home will provide you with after contacting Art Frame Direct. All returns must be in salable condition and a 20% restocking fee will be charged against the credit and applicable freight charges. Any and all returned merchandise must be returned in the original shipping containers.
