About Us WeGotLites grew out of four generations of experience owning and operating over 20 luxury home and commercial lighting showrooms. In late 1998, realizing that the Internet could revolutionize the way consumers purchase luxury lighting products, we launched a simple utilitarian site on the internet. The response was overwhelming. That's when we decided to get serious. Check-Out After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have these check-out options:
Check-Out: Once you have won an auction simply proceed through eBay's check-out system to finalize your order.
Check-Out Later: Once logged into your ebay account on the left hand side of the screen you can access your "items won" page. On that page you can find items you have won and proceed with payment there. For Credit card payment over the phone please call them into 1-718-317-6263, please have the item number available for the items you wish to pay for.
Returns & Store Policies If you choose to return an item because a change of mind the item must be in its original packing. The fixture can not be assembled or installed prior to returning. A return address authorization number must be assigned to you before an item is shipped back from the staff at WeGotLites, inc / Brooklyn Essentials Inc. If a package is shipped back without authorization we reserve the right to refuse the parcel, if the sale is past 7 days of primary receipt it will be considered final and null transaction. You have 7 days from time of receipt to call in a return. Item must be in original condition it was shipped. In the event that a best offer and or discount was granted on an order it can not be returned or exchanged and will be considered a final sale. Brooklyn Essentials inc, / WeGotLites inc, can not and will not be held accountable for any additional fee's a customer might incur during a transaction, meaning customs fee's, additional shipping fees because of an invalid shipping address, back charge fees due to wrongful disputes and or electrician fees/ reschedule fees. We are not liable for broken items received from customers. All refunds will be issued as store credit NOT even money. Please refer to the fee's below.
A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee, Shipping funds will NOT be refunded.
Damaged items: Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Credits will be issued within 1 week of the original claim.
We must be notified of a customer’s intent to return an item, for any reason, within 7 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable.

Warranty We would like to assure you that our chandeliers are made from top quality materials and workmanship and we are 100% sure that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. To prove our confidence in our products, we are offering a 10 year warranty with all of our chandeliers against tarnishing and factory defects. If any parts of our chandeliers show defects or tarnishes during this period of time, we will repair or replace the chandelier free of charge, assuming the item is maintained properly.
