WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS SHIPPED VIA THE POSTAL SERVICE UNLESS INSURED.

Returns- New & unopened items can be returned to us for a credit of the original purchase price- less S&H fees for up to 14 days after the purchase date. After 14 days there will be a 10% restocking fee. It is the customers responsibility to repack, ship and insure the package. Any damage done to the item being returned will be subtracted from the credit and will be up to the customer to submit a claim.

Damaged items- Please inspect all items when they arrive to make sure they are intact. Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Don't dispose of any packaging until after you determine there are no problems. Original packaging is needed for the claim investigation. Damaged item will be claimed with Shipping Carrier by Shipper.
(UPS investigation usually take about 5 Business days)
We will not be responsilble for damaged items that aren't reported in the proper time frame, or cannot be filed due to not having all the packaging. A damaged item will replaced with a new one once the original is received back here. Contact us for instructions on return shipping.
