Payment
Payment is due within three days of auctions end (Buy it Now items require immediate payment).  Due to eBay's new payment policy we are only allowed to accept payments made via Paypal.

Shipping
We ship via the most economical way dependant on weight and size of the item.  Items ship within 3-5 days of receiving payment.

Shipping Fees
We charge actual shipping fees.  Shipping fees posted in individual item listings are figured from coast to coast.  Should the actual shipping cost to your destination be less then what is charged at auctions end, we will refund the difference.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur an additional shipping charge.

Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days for a complete refund.  After 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee or store credit.  Returns not related to quality or damage will be charged a restocking fee dependant upon the manufacturers requirements.

Warranties
All Achla Designs and Minute Man International Inc products are covered by a 90-Day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim.

Anderson Limited Warranty
Limited Warranties
Warranty is Non-transferable and is given to the original purchaser of Anderson products.

Teak Outdoor Furniture
Anderson honors the Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser, to be free from the manufacturing defects. Anderson will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping cost from the retailer to and from Anderson or a repair center appointed by the Customer Service Department of Anderson at no charge to the original purchaser. After one year from the date of purchaser, the customer will be responsible to packing, and all the shipping and transportation costs. A 1-Year Limited Warranty is given to all frames used in upholstered chairs, love seats, sofas, ottomans, loungers, benches and tables for commercial use. However, a 2-Year Limited Warranty is given for residential use for the same products mentioned above.
