Tronix Depot Provides 1 year warranty on New product purchased from our store to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
We will repair or exchange your merchandise at our own discretion with equivalent value at no charge to you.
This warranty is not transferable and required valid RMA & receipt from our eBay store.
Warranty will not be honored if :
- Products Damage to improper installation, even if it was installed by professional installer.
- Subsequent damage to other components.
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation.
- Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse ( Burnt, Scratch, Punctured, Tampered, Chipped, Distortion, Ripped, dropped ) Repeated returns for the same damage is considered abused.
- Products returned were not in factory packaging (original/ manufacturer boxes)
- Products were modified or previously repaired by others.
- Products that not purchased from Tronix Depot or missing special label/serial number issued by Tronix Depot.
- Products that do not have valid ebay receipt.
- Products returned without RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization )
Please note that return for Exchange require Complete unit and accessories in original packaging to be returned back to us before we can Exchange or repair your product.
For merchandise that bear the manufacture warranty should go directly to the manufacture. This warranty will be disclosed in the listing.
All Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee and less any shipping fee. Free shipping item will be deducted based on our actual shipping cost.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase, and must meet the following criteria :
- Original packaging is unopened.
- Original intact UPC/Barcode have not been removed.
- Original Serial number / Special label issued by Tronix Depot is not altered.
- Have valid RMA from Tronix Depot.
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed above, we will reject your merchandise back to you at your cost, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied and replacement orders will not be made.
Product returned without RMA on the outside of the box will be rejected from our receiving department and we are not responsible for any lost to the package.
We do not accept Return or exchange for opened item. Unless the item is Defective or D.O.A ( Dead On Arrival )
D.O.A Item must be reported within 48 hours after Delivery, Exchange or Full Refund will be provided based on our own Discretion.
Return shipping label for Defective item or D.O.A item will be provided by Tronix Depot at no charge to you. Return Label will be available once RMA is issued.
All Returned merchandise is subject to our technician testing before any approval.
