1) Is this an Original brand lamp?
Yes, you are buying a NEW factory original lamp. BEWARE the differences between OEM compatible vs Factory Original (OEM). We sell only the original products for your television. The ballasts and lamp are engineered and sold to the TV manufacturers together, so use an original lamp with your original ballast.
We know ALL original Sony lamps were engineered with Philips lamps and ballasts. You do not want to substitute an OSRAM or DNGO or APO lamp in there...unless you change your ballast to match that manufacturer. Other lamps will work, but not as efficiently as your original combination.

2) Is this new or used or refurbished? Is there a warranty?
Our UHP lamps are BRAND NEW and carry the manufacturer's warranty. Just call us with your order number for warranty claims! For eBay purchases, make sure you have your PayPal email address, eBay UserID, and item number information handy.
3) Is this just the lamp or the lamp and enclosure?
We have lamp only available as well as complete lamp assembly housings (ecnlosure) product. 4) How fast do you ship?
Fast. Check our feedback! Same day in most cases. Our cut-off time is 11AM Pacific Time, but many times we can get packages shipped out after this time (we just don't guarantee it) . Just give us a call if you need it shipped out the same day! We only have a few flat shipping rates online for simplicity, but we can ship many different ways. We also ship all over the world. 5) What are your shipping cut-off times?
To be safe, 99% of orders before 11 AM will be shipped out the same day (including Saturday).
From our location, USPS Priority Mail gets picked up at 3 PM and FedEx Express at 2 PM (All times are in Pacific Time and are subject to change and exclude US holidays--This means they are not guaranteed pick up times).
