Up for sale is a hip fringe dress by French label Manoush.  Wear with platforms or boots for gypsy flair!

Dress has round necklace, has layered ombre aqua and white fringes on front and back.  Comes with self tie belt at waist, back zipper and 100% cotton lining.  Fabric is 55% linen, 45% rayon

Measurements of item lying flat down:

Young French label Manoush has an eclectic vintage style that is both sophisticated and cool. The brand's name comes from the French word for gypsy, so it follows that these gorgeous pieces have a whimsical, bohemian edge. After her travels to Morocco in 2002, founder Frédérique Trou-Roy decided to launch her own line of pretty printed dresses, ruffle-front blouses and irresistibly cute cropped jackets.
