Return Policy

We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.

Items must be returned in original condition (including: packaging, inserts, tags, labels, accessories, etc.).

If we determine the return is due to our error, OSB Stores will issue a full refund. Otherwise, after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, OSB Stores will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less shipping costs included in the purchase price and a 10% restocking fee.

Your account will be reimbursed based on the original method of payment within about 14 business days from receipt of return merchandise. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.

Before sending your item back, please inform OSB Stores of your intention to return your order (in part or in full). by emailing us at: returns@osbstores.com. We will provide you with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and confirm with you the address of the warehouse that will handle your return. Please note that returns sent without prior return authorization cannot be processed.
