Our customers have requested that we work to
lower our shipping costs, and we have responded!

• We now include FREE SHIPPING as often as we can.
• When possible, we are always happy to combine shipping on purchases to help
  save you money.

For our Domestic Customers (within the continental US):

• To help keep your shipping costs low, we ship by USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post, depending upon weight limitations. However, if you request tracking information, we will ship by USPS Priority Mail.
• If your first concern is shipping costs, please keep in mind that USPS Priority Mail
  is more expensive than Parcel Post, but you will receive your purchase much faster.

For our International Customers:

• To comply with PayPal's policies, we ship only by USPS Priority Mail International so shipping confirmation and tracking information can be provided.
• All duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in the price of this purchase.
• To comply with Federal law, we cannot mark International shipments as gifts. Thank you for understanding.

For all our Valued Customers:

• We make every effort to carefully pack and ship your package so it will arrive to you safely.
• Any damage caused by the shipper is the responsibility of the shipper.
• We hand select and pack each order as it is received. We normally ship small orders within 2-3 business days. However, if you have purchased a large order of our wholesale cosmetics, it may have required extra time to pull, pack and ship. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback for our shipping time as our 5-Star Feedback is very important to our continued success in bringing LOW, CLOSEOUT prices to our valued customers.

• All merchandise is sold "as is" and we do not refund purchases, except in the event of proven product failure.
• Please note: Because our cosmetics are sealed in packages, it is not possible for us to know if, for example, a lipstick may be broken inside the tube or a powder is perhaps broken inside a compact. If this happens, please let us know immediately, furnish a picture of the damage and we will gladly replace the product or refund your money if a replacement is not available.
