We do list most of our items with the best offer option and we do realize in this economy prices are fluctuating rapidly. Please keep the offers reasonable if you are going to submit a very low offer we ask that you please show us where the same product can be purchased for less than what we are asking and we will make every attempt to meet or beat our competitors valid price.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and electronic checks through PayPal and our other online merchant account. If you would like to use credit card direct please email us and we will forward you the details. (all direct credit card payments over $500 require signature on record either through fax or email, again we will forward you the form to do this)

All orders need to complete the checkout process immediately and we expect payment to be made ASAP .We do understand that problems occur and are sympathetic to them. All we ask is that we are contacted if such a problem arises so we can plan accordingly and make arrangements that will work for you.
 

Shipping

Our shipping cutoff is 10:30 AM (central time zone) If you need to be guaranteed a shipment to go out after that time please email us and we will see if we can make it work. We apologise for the early time but this is due to UPS having changed their route schedule.

If you see a shipping charge that seems to high please contact us and we can see if there was a error in the weights and dimensions. If possible do so prior to purchase as it will make it easier to ensure there are no problems.

We only ship to confirmed addresses. If you need to have it shipped elsewhere you will need to contact us for prior approval.(We will base our decision on prior sales history and or ebay feedback ratings. We may also require direct phone contact prior to shipment.)

Alaskan, Hawaiian, Puerto Rican and all APO and FPO buyers please email us as we will ship via USPS priority for you due to the High cost of UPS shipments to your destinations.

WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING AND THERE CAN BE HUGE COST SAVINGS WITH THIS BUT YOU NEED TO REQUEST A COMBINED INVOICE OR EMAIL US FOR A RATE QUOTE.

We now ship all domestic packages through UPS for their superior tracking capabilities and ship international through USPS. USPS does not guarantee tracking unless you pay for express shipping so please keep this in mind when choosing your service as we provide the shipping verification and customs # for delivery and they are not always updated on the USPS website until after delivery. Many of our international sales are subject to taxes depending on your countries tax laws. We are not responsible and do not have knowledge of what the charges are or may be. Please contact us if you need us to specify anything specific in the customs forms to expedite the customs clearance and or charges.

Shipping fees are NEVER refundable we ship in a timely manner(most of the time within 1 business day not guaranteed) and cannot guarantee delivery dates. If there is a problem with shipping it needs to be handled through the shipping delivery service involved.

All sales are final unless warranty is specified.  It is up to the bidder to determine the suitability of any product to meet their needs and to independently verify any critical information in the description.   WARRANTY INFORMATION IS SPECIFIED WITH THE LISTING. ALL ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS ARE ONLY WARRANTED WHEN INSTALLED BY A VERIFIABLE COMPETENT TECHNICIAN.  RETURNS ARE DONE VIA REPLACEMENT FIRST WHEN PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. ALL PARTS MUST FIRST BE VERIFIED TO BE IN NONWORKING CONDITION BEFORE ANY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IS GIVEN. I now require all parts sold to be shipping insured. If there are any claims made they must be completed before return or exchange can be given. Claim process is initiated with the buyer contacting us for procedure. 

All return items must be preauthorized. Any parts returned without prior approval will be returned at buyer’s expense. RETURNS MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF RETURN SHIPMENT TO PROCESS.

 You will be required to provide :

A.    A copy of the dated sales slip or printed ebay listing of the item.

B.    Your name.

C.    Your address.

D.    The serial number of the product. All serials are recorded prior to shipment.

E.     A detailed description of the problem and contact information of installation tech if applicable.

If you contact us and want to cancel/return the order there will be a 25% restock fee. This covers all applicable ebay fees and time involved to have the item relisted and to cover possible missed sale. Returns are done a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are never refundable.
