FIT & SIZING: We are not responsible for how an item may fit you, measurements are listed in the description & if no measurements are listed it is up to the buyer to ask questions before placing a bid. Please do not rely on the size tag alone; it is always a good idea to know your personal measurements. Not all sizes are the same; they vary by manufacturer and style. We can exchange this item for another size; if we don’t have the size you need in stock you can exchange for another item we are selling. ONLY. –We do not give cash refunds.
Product must be returned to us in re-sellable condition (with tags attached) before we will ship replacement item. Unless we have sent you the completely wrong size (ex. orders a sz large & received a sz small) all reshipment cost for us to ship replacement to you.

QUALITY CONTROL: Most items are shipped through our store or warehouse. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping.
SHIPPING CHARGES TO & FROM ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! We hold the same standards as most online stores who also do not refund shipping.
LOST IN TRANSIT: We will always be able to locate your item in transit; all items are shipped with tracking numbers contact us if you have a worry.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If UPS attempts to delivery a damaged package; you must refuse delivery from the carrier & he will deal with the problem immediately. If you find that an item was damaged after opening the package you must contact us within 48 hours. Item MUST BE RETURNED to us in full before refund options are available.
RETURNING THE ITEM: Contact us in 48 hrs & you will receive an RA number upon return approval. Item must be returned to us within 7 days from this date. Items delivered to us after this date will not be accepted for return. Items that are returned to us without prior authorization or items in other than original condition will be denied & returned to buyer. Shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest you put delivery confirmation on the return package but this is not required.
