Note on Returns We are not able to accept returns on perishable items. Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge.
Reprints/Remake When the error is our mistake we will reprint/remake the order at no charge and ship out as soon as possible. If the error is made by the customer we will reprint/remake the order with a 15% discount from your original order amount, and it will be processed as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will apply. Errors made by the customer include:

We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS Next Day Air® delivery options for all domestic shipments where available. For all international shipments, we offer UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express options. In addition, UPS Standard is available for Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO address as they can not be shipped through UPS. We do not ship via USPS or FedEx.
International Shipping We do provide international shipping to countries serviced by UPS. Charges are based on weight and destination and will be calculated during the checkout process. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.
