This beautiful picture frame is made of cement just as a stepping stone would be and it measures a 9 3/4" in diameter by 3/4" thick.  The photo opening is 4" in diameter. The lettering is all carved out and the butterfly and ferns are raised. The back features an easle back for tabletop display. An elegant gift for someone special on your list.
