This auction is for the above Briggs 7421 2R Toilet Tank Lid (Cover) Its in excellent condition except for the tiny nick on the right front edge. It is discounted. We also have other of this model in excellent shape. Size is 20-1/4" x 8-3/4" at the outer edges of the lid.  This listing is for a WHITE colored one.    Email or call me with your tank width, if you are not sure if this is your lid. There are several versions available in the 7421 series. People often grumble at the high cost of replacement tank lids. You are buying peace of mind in addition to the lid. The problem is solved 2 minutes after you open the package. No trips to the Depots, no plumbers butt crack to look at, no need to be at home and being disrupted while the water is turned off and the entire old toilet replaced, not having to get new floor tile if new toilet has a different "footprint", no building permits needed, and no struggling to get the old toilet out to the trash, and no wasted space in your local landfill from the old toilet. By the time all is said and done, you may have spent $600- $800 total and wasted a day when the $95 lid would have fixed the problem. These are things to consider which you might not have thought of.   AND, most people are not happy with the performance and loud noises of many of the modern 1.6 gallon per flush toilets. If your're willing to spend a little time looking at my listings of replacement toilet tank lids or tops, I think I can SAVE you some money, versus what other vendors are charging. I have several hundred of these old toilet tank tops in many colors, shapes, brands and sizes, so let's hope the one you need is on it!  To make it a little easier, first enter my eBay Store and choose a category by approximate COLOR. Then see if there are any the right shape. Many lids are not stamped with factory markings, so this requires some additional research on our part. If we have what you want, it is sure a lot better than replacing the whole toilet and likely having to modify the floor tile, etc. No hassles & headaches-- just plop the new lid on the tank! These lids are in remarkably good shape for being up to 30-60 years old. Virtually all were made in America. With just a couple exceptions, most are free of noticeable chips, dings, and cracks. From handling, there may be some with light scratches. I will inform you of that. I am sure you will be pleased with your purchase, but you may return it if you are not 100% happy.
