Choose between UPS Ground (1-5 business day transit based on zone) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business day transit).  Insurance and tracking are included in the shipping price; you will be e-mailed tracking information once shipped. UPS does not ship to post office boxes; please provide a physical address.
  • Please allow two business days for processing prior to shipment.
  • Need it fast? Please e-mail us for expedited/overnight options (please include your zip code and when you need your order...we'll do our best to accommodate you!)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS:

  • International Buyers may calculate rates and select preferred shipping service under the shipping tab.   Choose between UPS Expedited (5 day transit) or USPS Priority Mail International (5-9 day transit).   UPS Canada Ground is also offered to Canadian buyers.  Please allow two business days for processing prior to shipment.
  • Insurance is included with all services; UPS' service additionally provides real time tracking capabilities whereas Priority Mail is limited to arrival at your customs office.

    • You must request a return authorization number (R.A. #) within 3 business days.
    • We will issue (e-mail) you the R.A.# as well as a [UPS] return shipping label. Simply print, attach, and bring to any UPS drop-off location at your earliest convenience (the sooner we receive your return, the sooner you will receive your refund).
