TRANCE PARTY VOLUME TWO is a collection of trance delights that spans Europe, Russia and even North America. It's a wide-ranging, beat-consistent aggregation, encompassing DJ Encore's international mega-hit "I See Right Through To You," Mark Et Claude's bongo-propelled "Tremble," Darude's apocalyptic "Feel the Beat," and the Russian stylings of PPK, whose "Resurrection" conjures the essence of early-'90s synth pop. But it's a shame to split this album into its component parts; it functions best simply as a continuous, seamless soundtrack to the delights of sweaty dancing. Mindless, sensuous, but mostly just plain fun, this trance best-of is ideal party entertainment for discerning kids of all ages.
