For domestic 1 business day express delivery we use Fed Ex. Tracking and insurance is included in the price. On larger domestic and Canadian orders we reserve the right to ship via UPS ground for superior tracking & insurance. If UPS delivery is a problem please let us know after placing your order. Depending on weight and order total some larger international orders may also be shipped via Fed Ex International. There is no additional charge but Fed Ex will require your phone #.

Domestic orders sent to destinations within the United States are all shipped with delivery confirmation tracking and are typically received within 3 to 5 business days* (mon to fri excluding holidays). E-mail notification of your item being sent with your tracking # is available upon request.

Deliveries to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories may take longer and tracking is not available. Military deliveries can take up to a month.

For deliveries to Canada please allow 2 weeks or more due to customs delays. Tracking is not available.

International delivery times vary by country but most typically arrive within 5 to 12 business days but can take longer. Tracking is not available and due to unreliable mail delivery and postal theft in some foreign countries this is strictly order at your own risk - we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items that can't be tracked or insured.

*Delivery times during the holiday season should be extended by at least a week.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. The cost is only $1.70 for orders up to $50.00, $2.15 for orders $50.01 to $100.00 and $2.60 for orders 100.01 to $200.00. Insurance covers damages as well as loss and theft. Items purchased without insurance are done so at your own risk as we will not be held responsible for items damaged during shipping or ones that never arrive. Insurance is available on domestic orders only.
