We ONLY accept paypal as form of payment. Buyer pays a flat rate of $4.99 for S&H (Canada, HI, and AK $8.99) (Asia & Europe $16.99), but depending on your location additional shipping fees may apply. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping, depending on your location.

Combined Shipping
