Presenting:

  • 163 Dental Teeth Photographic Slides
  • Kodachrome Color Transparencies (some are B&W)
  • Processed in 1954 and mailed to Dr. M. Stone, 1214 Main Street, Springfield, Mass
    • (63) training type - e.g. drawings, photos showing the use of tools, photos of tools, photos of teeth models or similar
    • (91) showing people's teeth, some are probably before and after (but I'm not sure)
    • (9) glass slides showing what I think are older pictures similar to those above, one is cracked

Condition:

  • Most of the slides are decent physicaly and photographically.  The lot got fairly dusty while sitting in long term storage, so some will need to be dusted off.  A few are loose and might need to be remounted.  Some of the pictures didn't come out clearly.  However there's no doubt, at least for me, that this is a very unusual lot, and is good for what it shows in the pictures.
