This is a great skirt ,98% polyester  2% Metallic,  fully lined 100 % Polyester, In navy . It measures 16  across the waist , hips 22.5  across  , it is 23 in total length. Still has the security tag you are supposed to cut out on the inside ,Retails for around $70. We have a bunch of great things for the whole family; alot of designer clothes at great prices and much more.
