Material: Not sure - Resin?  
Exquisite Charger.  This was purchased from an estate sale probably 20 years ago.  I am downsizing and need to part with my beautiful things.  It looks alot like Wedgewood but it is not china.  It appears to be a marbelized resin of some sort...  The detail is extrememly good and the piece is signed.  I am guessing on its value but know that it is well worth the amount I have it auctioned for.  Good luck bidding...Mint condition and the size is 18 1/2 in diameter.  Email with questions.  I will also have it double boxed and done professionally...will email you with additional shipping charges.
