It Comes with The Power Head 1/2 Hp, Electric Safety Sensor Eyes and Wire, Wall Button and wire, Remote Control, Trolley with Manual pull rope Disconnect,  I Have the Pole Rail and chain/cable also for this unit if it is needed for 25.00 extra. Let me know if you need this and I will bill you for it. It requires a bigger box and it will be 3.50 additional shipping fee for the weight.
