Payment:

Our preferred method is Pay Pal. Placing a bid enters you into a binding contract to purchase the item listed. Payment must be received within 3 days after the end of the auction. If there is a problem please email me to discuss the issue.

Shipping and Handling:

Will ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Tracking # will be provided once the item has been shipped.Your glassware is brand new and will be packed in it's original box then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a second box to protect the contents during shipping.

Return Policy:

All sales are final.  
If item was defected, you are more then welcome to return the item in original condition within 7 days of the item receipt. We will gladly refund or exchange.
