Terms Regarding Commercial Refrigeration:
The Weiler Group will guarantee the unit to work when it leaves our building. We will guarantee the compressor to be in working condition when it leaves our building. The Weiler Group cannot guarantee against any small problems that arise due to transportation. Problems such as wires becoming disconnected or a fitting shaking loose and causing the freon to leak out of the compressor is quite common. All small problems such as these can typically be addressed on the buyers end. We at The Weiler Group take every possible precaution we can to try and prevent such problems from occurring. But we cannot guarantee against such mishaps. (This does not include items being sold "AS IS")

Pick up hours are: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
8:30 am to 11:30 am
or
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
No pick up Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
An appointment is neccessary for pick up at our Chatsworth warehouse.
Items must be picked up 7 days from the close of the auction
to avoid any storage fees.
Items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned.
We will help buyers load their equipment, but due to insurance purposes,
the buyer is responsible for the tying and strapping down of their equipment.
