This Bible is the thickest one out there, It measures approximately 10.5” x 12.75”x 6” thick and weighs 16 lbs! This Bible is so full of thousands of gorgeous vibrant illustrations (60 pages with color and 77 full page black and white illustrations). I can’t say enough about this Bible; it is truly awesome in size and content. It is gorgeous on the outside, the gold is very vibrant.  The hinges have had some repair work and it holds together very nice and tightly. The pages are in EXCELLENT almost new condition. All family pages are blank, ready for your family. There is a Hoffman gallery and a neat section with 4,000 questions and answers on the Old and New Testaments.  I really like this design on the cover, it is harder to come by, I’ve only sold a few in the last several years. It is a beautiful Bible with full of explanations and historical information. These LARGE and beautiful Bibles are getting harder to come across especially unmarked after a whole century.  It will last for many more generations to come and will make a wonderful gift or keepsake.

Although these large Antique Bible are beautiful to own, there may be a better and easier  Bible for devotion. I prefer the New Living Translation version and enjoy listening online at Crosswalk.com
