International shipping normally arrives in 10 - 14 days from mailing depending on how fast the package clears customs. If this is an inconvenience for you, please do not bid on this item.

International shipping is expensive. If you bid on and win an auction, but haven't bothered to find out about shipping charges, please do not expect us to cancel the transaction because you think shipping is too expensive.

GETTING AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTE

If you are logged into your eBay account, the correct shipping quote should automatically displayed. In the case the quote isn't correctly displayed, you should contact us through the Ask Seller A Question feature for a quote BEFORE YOU BID. If you are requesting a quote from Canada, please provide your province and postal code for the quote.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NO-NOs

1. We are a business. We DO NOT mark packages as gifts or reduce values on customs forms. The amount the auction ends at will be the listed price on the customs form, no exceptions.

2. We DO NOT use First Class International Mail. It can't be insured or tracked so it is too high of a risk for both parties involved.

3. We DO NOT ship to Indonesia, Nigeria or Malta. eBay won't allow us to block these countries specifically, but if you place a bid, we reserve the right to cancel it. If you win without us knowing what country you're in, we will file an agreement to cancel the transaction with eBay and the items will be relisted.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

You (the buyer) are responsible for any and all possible duties and/or taxes that may be levied by your country. No such fees are included in shipping quotes and I have NO WAY of estimating what those fees may be.

Payment is due within 48 hours of auction closing or purchase. If no contact by purchaser through eBay message or PayPal purchase receipt within 5 days, the purchaser will be considered a non-paying bidder and appropriate action will be taken.

PayPal and payment upon pickup will only be accepted.

If taking advantage of combined shipping discounts, please send me a message of your intentions so I won't think you are a non paying bidder. Communication is the key to a successful transaction.

We normally ship the same day or next day, Monday through Saturday (after receiving cleared payment). We're from a rural town and the local post office closes at noon on Saturday so payments made after 11:15 am est. Saturday will not ship until Monday.

Combined shipping discounts, which are charged by exact weight, are available for items won within three days of each other. Please wait for a final invoice if you qualify for combined shipping discounts. If bidding on additional auctions, please send an eBay message with your intent so you won't be considered a non-paying bidder.

All sales are final. We can not accept returns because the item is the wrong size, wrong color or you just didn't like it. However, if you receive the items and feel they were greatly misrepresented in its description or pictures, we will refund your money (you will be responsible for return shipping). If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the items, please contact us before leaving unfavorable feedback.
