This hoodie was made by a lady in our church. I bought it, but it is too large for me. It is a very nice soft shirt, and has elastic around the wrist, and also has elastic at the very top of the hood. There is no tie-strings in the hood or around the waist. This shirt is a ladies large. It  has written on the front, "People use duct tape to fix everything, God used nails". Great testimony shirt! Thanks for looking.
